We are the WEE-North Network, the first women’s multi-trade association in Northern Ghana. Born on December 6, 2023, under the Companies Act, we are a vibrant, youth-led, and women-led collective of young women breaking barriers in industrial trades. Our home is in Choggu Yapalsi, along the Tamale-Kumbungu road in the Northern Region, but our reach extends across every district in Northern Ghana.

We are 55 district women’s multi-trades associations—WEE Groups—united under one mission. Today, we proudly represent 2,066 members, each contributing to their communities through skilled trades, volunteering, and advocacy for gender equity and transformation. Together, we are changing the face of industry in Northern Ghana.
